Doctor’s  Advice  

 
  • Replace your toothbrush (or toothbrush heads on sonic toothbrushes) every 3 months.
  • Caffeine BEFORE a dental procedure prevents anesthetic from taking affect, which means it will take longer to get numb.
  • Caffeine AFTER will help the anesthetic to wear off more quickly.
  • Always have something to eat before coming in for a procedure that requires anesthetic.
  • Perio  maintenance  is essential after having gone through perio  therapy.   Please be sure  to keep your every 3 or 4 month recall  appointments.
  • Bring your favorite DVD to watch during your appointment, or choose from our library!
